On Friday, April 3, 2023, students from Sakura Girls had an enriching introductory class with their partner school in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The session, expertly coordinated by Ms. Nafikahedi Kizigha in collaboration with Ms. Yasmin, the Education Director of World Class Scholars (WCS), aimed to foster a meaningful exchange between the two schools.
The primary goal of the session was to allow students from both schools to get acquainted with each other and familiarize themselves with the virtual class environment. Such initiatives are crucial in promoting cross-cultural understanding and providing students with a global perspective.
This collaborative effort not only facilitates cultural exchange but also opens up avenues for shared learning experiences. The virtual class environment serves as a bridge, connecting students from different parts of the world and creating opportunities for collaboration, discussion, and the exchange of ideas.
Sakura Girls and their counterparts in the UAE are now better equipped to engage in a collaborative learning journey, breaking down geographical barriers and fostering a sense of global community.
We extend our gratitude to Ms. Nafikahedi Kizigha, Ms. Yasmin, and all those involved in making this introductory class a success. As we continue to embrace technology for educational advancements, we look forward to the rich and diverse learning experiences that these global connections will bring.
